I did 2 weeks back, it is fking total mess

Flight was rescheduled 3 times.......I asked them to put on a different flight..... And they put me in Qatar

Try Qatar airways if you haven't booked , Don't book air india if you want blanket and entertainment , Airindia only concerns about safe travel to destination  and more money  😃

Get blankets, ma vallu last week vacharu blankets bagoleadu annaru. But ichharu ivvadanki.

Yes i wnt in march end of month to HYd, no blankets given not all entertnmnt systems working luckily i got mine working but always rebooted by hostesss to make others  work ! My phone videos helpmed… (no blankets reason privided was as itz the first commerical flight after covid around march end and acquisition reasons by tata)

While coming back .. service was good ..though flight delayed they put us in hotel (delhi) ..  and dropped off /pickedup

my wife and kid travelled in April from

Chicago and andaru cheppinanthe worst aithe emi ledani cheppindi maa wife and air hostess were helpful andi…screens also working but ma vallu walmart lo throws ammutaru ga ave teesukellaru so it’ts better u but those which are light weight and cheap…..
