farmers apprehensions are justified since KUDA done a poor job convincing them, Amaravathi episode drives fear as well.

if Warangal has to take that giant leap it needs land bank for industrial and infrastructure needs. ORR ante okka road ee kadu - industrial and commercial operations ki lands, tourism, residential in a planned manner. Ippudu hapazard cheyya leru kada, hmda followed similar blue print for ORR and vicinity.
