this witch companies look for H1s only, GC or citizens ni second preference because of this same reason slavery. only to maintain H1 to US employee hiring ratio they take GCs/USCs.

Contractors if they are in, they will use for max 6 months and start harassing them to join either full time or get out. same practice with all desi witches .. same template same format.

my wife joined a few months ago. worst work culture. oka tamil manager undhi. narakam spelling rayisthundi. she expects everyone to work min 10-12 hours every day, weekends etc.

evening 4 ki oka standup call, morning 9 ki oka standup call.. evening 4 standup call lo work assign chesi morning call lo aduguthadi anta aipoindha ani. she expects resources to work overnight and complete stuff.
