whole world Ki kavalsina food grains okka crop la vastadi India la…we have excess grains and never really had to face food grain shortage in the last 30 years.

We maintain 3-4 years of buffer stock..

rice is in excess, wheat is also in excess…there is more rice in godowns rotting than we export.

Rodents are next biggest consumers of sarkari rice after Indian citizens..we write off few million tonnes of rice every year…

Food shortage anedi India lo ledu…if someone starving in India, then it is because food grains haven’t reached to them.

Subsidy is given to farmers and wheat and rice is thrown... Its been happening for years

Yeah, easily…! With the kind of output we have these days…one crop can feed the world. 
 

If you account for the buffer stocks and one full monsoon crop output, yeah we can supplement the shortages of the whole world.
