First milk powder or ready to feed milk order chesuko... Mother's will not get milk for first 2 days... That's god, husband and wife grace to generate milk...  

Feed the baby well in first 2 days .. sometimes doctors also don't say abt feeding... First 2/3 days after getting home is important ... 

After that mother automatically generate milk with baby's touch...

as others said, enjoy the moment and go with the flow... plan to capture all tiny and important things.. these will help your family cherish in future.. your mother/ in-law will take care of most of the checklist items..congrats !!
