H4 during H1B transfer

I am trying to transfer my H1 visa to another company. My wife had her current H4 visa stamped and would like to travel while my transfer is in progress, can she come back using the visa stamping that she already has?

She can travel and come back in with previous company visa stamping. Vachaka kotha company tho extension apply chepinchu.

What happens if they apply for new H4 visa and she travels?

U can’t apply for extension while she is in India. I did the same and got a notice to intent to deny
