Login to your IRS account and see your processed return statement, probably you made less tax payments so they corrected it.

May be you forgot to report the child tax credits that IRs deposited from may to November

Yes for me 1650 less, looks like my CPA missed to report a payment. IRIS will send a letter explaining.
