I worked for desi manager in Amazon for one and half year. He made me work hard, add that with pandemic social isolation and Seattle weather I was in a pretty dark place. Now I found a better job, better pay, better climate. I have no experience with other faang companies but having one of these on your resume is a good indicator that “he is at-least this good”. It will open a lot of doors. Regarding manager he was always open but he is under knife as well so things happen, make mistakes, learn from it and move on. Take some risks in career as well, ila desi manager adi idi ani don’t shy away from big name companies.
