How to lend hard earned money to friends, relatives and close blood relatives.

I these days see people coming out in DB for their money that has been tangled with friends and relatives..

1sr rule : Lend the amount to people back home that ur capable to loose, with no expectation of return.

2nd rule: if you have been obligated to give them money, involve some land or property from the borrower's side and get that documented as "registered thaakattu" with rule that if the other party fails to repay by this specific time..the court automatically registers it in your name.

3rd: The world is full of crap and unethical opportunists, why lose your hard earned money/ur family's future for the sake of crap..be strong with your money...lose only that doesn't hurt you back pocket...
