Redfin/Zillow estimate ki below list chesadu… maybe there is some issue with the house or he is just expecting more offers and competition.. 

Last week McKinney lo ilaage okadu zestimate ki $150K thakkuva list chesadu… not sure why.. may be that is some sale tactic that we don’t know..
