The best gun policy - Vietnam

In Vietnam it is illegal for individuals to own guns but every area or ilaka will have an armory managed by locals. it is stocked with proper guns and rifles. Anytime people need to use - either against their own govt when it turns oppressive or against foriegn invasion they can. And also anyone can be part of local militia. In addition all men are conscripted for 12 month military service between ages 18-22 and its voluntary for women. So almost every knows how to use guns.

I dont think guns for protecting property and life is proper reason. If you need to use guns to protect your property or crime against your family then you have bigger problems - basically uou are not in a proper society.

But guns must be available for people against tyranny and invasion.

Yes but he is not in power now and doing destruction no, so why to bother abt him at all unless for some Paytm reasons
