If a woman cant pay. She needs to provide sex consciously. This sort of approach from men is no longer illegal from law's perspective

No, it is still illegal as that is forcing them to do prostitution - not voluntary

Very poor people from village are also outside the law.

We are talking about middle and upper middle class for all laws
