Hyderabad deserves the entire credit for what ever it is today, a human or a party is too small in front of a huge city of a billion puoiktuom to stake claim or credit for what ever they are today.

Pre-1994, Hyderabad has no other base other than it being central part of india and 2nd capital of india with RP Bhavan

other than central govt agencies which were established to keep away from border, Hyd has no other great things other than communal riots

May be you should go back by few decades and see where it was in comparision to most other cities if that era.

In The process of IT boom, CBN did move in the right direction to grab the opportunity.

being in the NDA and as core power of it, helped him a lot....

u can compare that powerss to current Gujarat repeaing benefits of Modi and Amit Shah being at helm and garnering investements to Gujarat..

same time, hyderabad's pre-existing cultural diversity and access to resources, connectivity, geo-location, added boost to that effort.

so it is win-win situation and effort of both leadership and hyderabad...

chala mandi benefit ayyaru...so look at the positive thing rather than who did what and when.

May be if CBN wasnt part of the Central Govt,  and some other state CM had that similar level of access

they could have diverted the investments tho their states too , if they had that vision .

so timing wise it worked out for CBN.

and SM Krishna being the Congress CM, he was denied few investments for sure, which moved to Hyderabad. during NDA rule.
