To avoid injuries and foot cracks. If you can clean the home regularly no issues wearing footwear at home.

Some people have a delicate skin and subject to foot cracks due to cold weather, esp ladies have less foot mass subject to injuries or avoid pain in specific foot joints/heels

foot cracks avoid cheyaniki , indoor ki soft/plush foot wear untundi , You don't have to wear it all the time but it helps in minimizing the foot cracks if you are prone to them..
