Mental health is declining from long time and mental institutions ni teesesaru in name of reform. So there's no confinement. Lack of stable families and drugs are rampant. Gun control you can do to an extent but wont' solve the problem completely. Problem is both side want their own thing and in the end nothing will be addressed.

Get more good guys with training and arms .bad people always exists . In India we have veri negligible amount of  guns but still lot of crime .  I want situation like whitesettlement TX church insident . Shooter was shot with in one round of fire .
