Organic farming doesn’t mean pesticide free, in organic farming they still use pesticides which will have less residue. They still use fertilizers too… Without pesticide the productivity will be so low and organic farming is not sustainable for 99% of farmers. 

Farmers give antibiotics to treat certain diseases in poultry, zero-antibiotics means you end up eating mostly sick and weak birds.

As far as I know atleast in Telugu states they use less pesticides and antibiotic when compared to western world. In case of mutton in India most of the sheep/goat are free range and they only use seasonal vaccines so can be treated as organic.

I understand you are talking from the perspective of US products 

but the thing in India is different, especially I can speak for Telugu states 

when they say prakruthi vyavasayam we mean it 

they do not use pesticides 

They use only natural cow dung manure and human waste and also some other organic forms of manure for plants 

instead of pesticides they use neem kashayam etc, to fight the insects and infections 

they have stages to use these natural pesticides like for example they use neemastra as first stage of combact, if it does not work then they will use agniastra and then in last stage they will use brahmastra pesticide etc, I have few short videos of how these are made

the % of farmers using these in Telugu states is less than 5% but those who do this are earning nice profits. Their crop is mostly being bought at the farm itself

Tractors will put a lot of weight on the SoiL and tire vellina tracks lo matti anta anigipotundi tractor vadite,  They say ox bullocks when they walk they actually don’t compress the soil  etc 

farmers started buying seeds from companies and these companies started selling their pesticides and insecticides etc, this is a huge business in Indian farming but now slowly farmers are living towards desi seeds - this crop will give a lot of health benefits to people  to people as well

This is true, came across this article in my feed other day talking about tractors are getting heavy almost to the weight of dinosaurs, compression of the soil in the farm lands leading to floods, also erasing the whole underground ecosystem of the soil.
