Telangana govt does not have budget to pay employees’ salaries next month

The Government of Telangana has no budget to pay the employees’ salaries at the end of this month. The officials of various departments are expressing their deep concern over the bad financial condition of the state government and the central government’s refusal to allow borrowings.  They are apprehensive that paying the salary at the end of the current month could become a problem for the state government.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) denied permission to the Telangana government to participate in the auction for open market borrowings held on May 17. Now, the official sources admit that the State government may have to go in for a drastic cut in expenditure on some of the populist schemes.

Systemic damage already done IMO.

Most of the govt machinery is dummy and became like rubber stamps.

KCR is smart. He talks nice, convinces people, takes opponents into his party and make them useless. 

He is a shrewd politician.. 

End of the day, voters choice what they want... But KCR and family . Extended family. became ultra rich at the cost of the state

Telangana need 38000 crore every year for salaries and pensions … that means 3000+ crores every month

So 3 k crores thakuva antavu daily liquor sales ki 600 crores vasthuntayi govt ki … see any country or givt can be poor if they can’t get or borrow money from rbi … telangana has more resources now and no one is depending on givt now a days
