Duration of stay and gap between visits for Parents - Visiting Visa

Hello All

I have a questions..I am planning to bring my parents to USA this month (June )for a month and again they have to travel back to India for a wedding in August and again they are planning to come back to USA again in the month of September..My question is can they travel in September without any issues? is there have to be any gap in there duration of stay?TIA
