A minor girl who went to celebrate a party in a pub in Hyderabad was gang-raped inside a car. Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen MLA’s son is allegedly an accused in the case. All the five accused involved in the crime are minors.

The incident took place in Jubilee Hills in Telangana on Saturday. The 17-year-old girl was sent for medical examination. However, the victim was able to identify only one accused, said the police.

The accused have been booked under POCSO act and IPC section 354. The girl had taken part in a party attended by the MLA’s son and the chairman of the minority board.

According to reports, the girl was asked to join the accused in a Mercedes car. “The accused misbehaved with my daughter and even inflicted injuries on her neck”, stated the FIR filed by the girl’s father.
