I don’t think so 350 house is listed for 650 in our community in Holly Springs 

so I don’t see anything going down 

but we noticed houses are not selling in a day or two staying for a week

Ade kada bayya, $650k ki list cheysthae 3 weeks back atleast 10 offers vachevi with atleast $30-$50k bid. Ippudu, no one is showing up at open houses, naku thelsina realtor antundi..

Most over rated market.  Emundhi akkada ..inka mana desi living places neighborhoods lo kanisam nethranandham kosam oka thella pilla kooda undadhu...all fat whites or fat blacks or unwatchable desis..

Rod cuts and staying still. Some off the market without offers. In Cary, Apex, Fuquay varina. Search these areas in Zillow with price cuts reduction option. Idi just one month ke. Next couple of months hikes. FED MBS roll off  upto $90 Billion, will put more pressure. Ee terms teliyani DBians ki no idea what’s ahead. word is out market getting **. December ki bloodbath ee.
