Eb-2 even if retrogression happens should not go beyond July 2012. ??

so EB2 might go back to July 2012 from SEPT 2014 , two full years ? so what about all those SEPT 2014 FAD and FD , they just gimmick ?

what was the point to move dates then , just to give AP and EAD to people ?
Is everyone agrees that EB2 will go back to 2012 , this is devastating, and here I see people from DEC 2014 expecting to get their dates current in July/August visa bulletin.

EB2 Q1 2015 ki velthe great. I don't think it go beyond Q1 2015.
