My question is india born ki OCI card istharu alage US born ki kuda OCi isthara ?? OCI card Meedha yenni days US la vundaali I mean GC Meedha more than 180 Kante bayata vundodhu kada so Ala. Any problems in immigration morethan 1 year Kante yekkuva vunte ?

Oci card is for us born kids who are   citizens by birth..while parents born in India and carried Indian paspsort at some time in their life.

India born uncle's ki ishataru oci..not kids..kids Indian passport eh, kids can stay wherever their passport is allowed.

 

With oci USA kids can stay wherever they want ..anylong they want 

Indian uncle's aunties with oci also can stay in India for a long period of time..even business kooda cheyochu..taxes pay cheyalani.

no limit on stay with OCI in India, you can stay as long as OCI is valid

5 years ki expire avutadi and we need to renew it every 5 years kada ? change ayinda

afaik oci 5 years ki istaru and you need to renew it every 5 years

Wife is citizen..- is she related to any Pakistanis or Bangladeshis..

 

Is her dad or brother in army or defence ..then may be less chances..hide chestha tappa

Citizenship by birth or naturalization, anyone can get OCI if they have Indian origin parents, grand parents and great grand parents. With OCI you can stay, study, work , buy property (non agricultural) in india for infinite number of days (usually OCI valid for 5 years  for kids but you can renewal it in india). Once issued OCI is valid for lifelong.
