- Affidavits only needed if data is incorrect on birth certificates??

From what I researched, 

Full name and DOB should match  on BC and PP.

difference in place of birth ( only city in same state ) should be ok. 

 

If  BC with late registration or  No BC with Non Availability certificate , you need affidavits.
