Click on community map this builder used to have huge waiting list huge ante 5 homes ki 100 people rill last month still there if yiu see the blue ones those are last two relases except 233 and 246 nothing got sold  from two past 7 weeks

And on some red and if u see 218that contract got entered two months back and buyer dropped off after tye home is complete that home is there from one month now where you couldn't find hone

Now builder says he will out in MLS and sell it 

So all this process takes time once MLS anything low offer if they accept 

Builders cannot keep inventory for long

Jobs unte temporary ga manage chesykunte they are fine 

So job market impact avuthe different story worst

If job market is good slowly buyer will realize and buy at decent price instead of inflated prices if they think long term

That’s my big question baa… when stock market naaking sanka.. how come job market is still strong… it all takes one big company to go bankrupt.. hope it won’t be the case
