When parents visit and stay only for 3 months , can they come back again after 3 months or irrespective of how long they stay they should not return with in 6 months ?

Possible but not best practice— there will be questions at poe — best to wait 1year if you can wait

Usually no need to wait for 1 year , they can come after 6 months 

but never tried within 6 months

I have seen some people coming with less gap.. as long as you give a proper reason, it is fine..
