Anyone used Guardian furniture insurance ?

We did , got it from HOM furniture they never covered anything

They would have given some papers during the purchase. They will ask details from those papers and purchase receipts when you call in to file the claim.

What type of damage is it? Is it something that will not be covered as part of their terms and conditions?
