H1 appointment question

Cgi federal lo questions came to check whether I am eligible for Dropbox and I am and when I try to schedule it is showing both ofc and interview calnders , so I booked appointment.

is it a glitch and still do they honour the appointment? 
I tried emailing them , they are replying with generic emails not my case specific

it generally shows calendar only if you are not eligible...recheck ur answers again... if the interview is already scheduled then it is even better for u as the processing time for dropbox at hyd consultate is atleast 3 - 4 weeks
