I think Hindi audience are simply finding every reason to hate Bollywood for a long time since Sushanth Singh episode. 
 

This brahmastra looks like a old concept of world saving hero, with powers with a mix of hindutva for collections and little mix of Bollywood romance.

They encouraged these khans and kapoors for many decades, maybe somewhere they felt the breaking point when they are delivering same stupid old rom coms and anti Hindu campaigning movies like PK etc. So after ott, they are encouraging only good content based films that’s why they made even pushpa as a hit which was dubbed in hurry

Sushanth is a path to fight against bollywood for a lot of people. correct time lo bollywood ni criticize cheyyataniki manchi opportunity la dorikadu. just like Uday Kiran was an opportunity to criticize mega family. sushath chanipoina tarvatha chaala mandini okesari target cheyyataniki avakasham vachindi. the timing was also perfect.
