Higher_Purpose Posted June 18, 2022 Report Posted June 18, 2022 వైసీపీ ఎంపీ రఘురామకృష్ణ రాజు కంపెనీ ఇంద్ భారత్ మహారాష్ట్ర దివాలా తీసినట్లేననని నేషనల్ కంపెనీ లా ట్రిబ్యూనల్ ప్రకటించింది. దివాలా ప్రక్రియను ప్రారంభించాలని ఆదేశించింది. ఆ కంపెనీ మహారాష్ట్రలో విద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్టులు చేపట్టింది. ఆ కంపెనీకి ఓ వ్యక్తి వరి పొట్టు సప్లయి చేశాడు. కానీ రఘురామ కంపెనీ డబ్బులు చెల్లించలేదు. దీంతో ఆ వ్యక్తి ఆ కంపెనీ ఆస్తులను అమ్మేసి తనకు డబ్బులు చెల్లించాలని.. దివాలా ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభించాలని ఎన్సీఎల్టీని ఆశ్రయించాడు. దీన్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ రఘురామ కంపెనీ కూడా పిటిషన్లు వేసింది. అయితే విచారణ తర్వాత కంపెనీ దివాలా ప్రక్రియను ప్రారంభించాలని ఎన్సీఎల్టీ ఆదేశించింది. ఇక ఆ సంస్థ ఆస్తులు, అమ్మకాలపై నిషేధం ఉంటుంది. దివాలా ప్రక్రియను ట్రిబ్యూనల్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో పూర్తి చేస్తారు. రఘురామకృష్ణరాజు ఇంద్ భారత్ పేరుతో పలు కంపెనీలు నెలకొల్పారు. ఏ రాష్ట్రంలో విద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ పెడితే ఆ రాష్ట్రం పేరుతో కంపెనీలు నెలకొల్పారు. ఇలా దాదాపుగా ఎడెనిమిదికిపైగా కంపెనీలు ఉన్నాయి. ఏపీలో ఒక్కటి కూడా లేదు. అన్ని ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఉన్నాయి. ఈ కంపెనీల్లో ఒక్కటైనా విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తి చేస్తుందో లేదో తెలియడంలేదు కానీ ఆ కంపెనీ పేరుతో పెద్ద ఎత్తున రుణాలు తీసుకుని దారి మళ్లించారన్న ఆరోపణలను రఘురామ ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. ఆయనపై సీబీఐ కేసులు కూడా నమోదయ్యాయి. వైసీపీ ఎంపీ విజయసాయిరెడ్డి కూడా చాలా సార్లు ఇదే అంశంపై కేంద్రమంత్రికి.. ఆర్బీఐకి.. చివరికి రాష్ట్రపతికి కూడా ఫిర్యాద చేశారు. అయితే ప్రస్తుతం ఇతర కంపెనీలు రుణాలు ఎగ్గొట్టిన కేసులు కూడా ఎన్సీఎల్టీలో ఉన్నాయి. వాటిపైనా తీర్పులు వస్తే.. వాటిని కూడా దివాలా ప్రక్రియలోకి తెస్తారని చెబుతున్నారు. Power finance corporation ani oka organization untadhi under union power ministry they don't recommend loans to inefficient power plant business people.....,they do only for good and quality producers of power .....alane they recommend raju's company IND-Bharath to loan and they took a loan and implemented a project in tamilnadu and tamilnadu electricity board needs to pay the bill for work done....but not paid due to Jayalalithaa coterie IAS's demanded some bribe raju didn't want to pay and went to court for justice and from then....there was pressure from bank to pay .....original amount he took as loan.... So within timeframe if someone doesn't pay the loan amount it becomes default , irrespective of circumstances he was in...ethical or non ethical....sarigga ikkade mana A2 Rasika vaanaradu visa reddy ranga prevasam chesi PNB bank officials (one of lender) ni tisekeli jaggadu tho kalipadu.....and asked them to file a case in CBI court....by bribing them...they did.. and Delhi HC heared all this stuff and gave a stay order....saying raju is not a wilful defaulter.....
