Depends how frequently you talk to them … do you make them feel valued before ? Are you calling them only for needs ? 
Did you not help them when they asked for help ? 
did you copy her dress at some point in life ? 

may they are way too busy with life .

may be they are forgetful 

may be they are going through a personal problem 

may be they are too depressed to get things done
