2-3 jobs is only temporary.. dhanni base cheskuni house buying is not wise decision .. down payment ki ah money use cheyochu .. but monthly mortgage ki ah strategy will backfire .. as they will feel pressure to have 2 or more jobs for sure to pay mortgage bill

Old houses ki aithe price reduction chustuna now .. and many houses are there in market for more than a month or so .. open house pedithe Antha crowd kuda not coming

people are buying now and will give rental in future..as long as good ISD's they will have good returns on rentals

Many who are buying are outskirts lo .. akada school zone ki ratings em undavu .. so rents osthay ani no guarantee

Some have booked almost 9 to 12 months before. Few could have locked the interest rate by paying extra but in general they are a bit worse than ideal scenario.

Who ever is closing in next 6 months and not locked the rate are in bad position... But it's not all lost. 

Got for 5/1ARM and hope rates go down in next 5 years. If it's primary home and you can easily afford the payment, nothing to worry....

ya outskirts lo konte assam ee..but some outskirts ISD's are also good
