Nenu aa situation lo untey I will sell that home and cash pattukuni wait chestha for 1-2 years and buy the same house again for 30-40% less

Waiting for the drop in Austin..for now builders have dropped only 15-20k on some homes but the bigger home which are more than 3200sqft have more prices dropped but still in 750-850k range. 
 

and some of the communities are still having bidding process.. heard bidding range taggindi but far way to go for prices to come down.
