Cali suburb lo oka new trend chusthunna home buying ki

end of 2020 to end of 2021 - home prices didn’t increase much(may be 5%) though interest rates were lowest 

Some Indian bought townhome in Nov 2020 and it costed him $500k which is normal price range even before pandemic 

again same guy bought same sqft townhome for his relative for $520 in August 2021 

2 days back similar townhomes were listed for 640k, 690K…interest rates perigaaka rates enduku intha pedthunnaro Ardam kaavadam ledu….may be cash buyers ekkuva ayyaru emo since stock market is down 

The trend I am observing is homes lesser than 500k are moving fast and cash buyers are buying them
