the black velvety thing on his forehead is called acanthosis nigricans , it is seen in obese people who developed diabetics and in some cancer's , you can also notice it on axilla (sanakalu)  , nape of your neck(back of your neck ) ( and in inter gluteal fold ( gajjalu) sorry2
