usually down payment like 2% or something which is non returnable untadhi

to begin the construction or something(if it is new construction)

Rental ki home loan interest rate ki sambandham endhi vaa? If you can rent and it covers your monthly mortgage, go ahead and rent it… interest rates won’t change if you rent your house.. homestead exemption on property taxes will be lost..

Doesn’t matter… you will lose only homestead exemption… you are not doing a refinance here.. rate on your existing loan stays the same..
