Travel every summer 2 months to india. ask parents to visit during school for 6 months. total 8 months covered . cost is about 10k total for tickets .

make kids in USA, once they are 5 move back to india. let them grow in india with all cousins and grand parents. send them to US (even you can join them if possible). best of both worlds.
