Telisina vallaki ok, teliyani vallaki details below:

3 cups Rice (I used basmati)

1 Cup urad dal

1 Cup Poha

1/4 th cup chana daal

guppedu Menthulu.

 

Soak 8 hours

Grind and then ferment it for another 8 hours.

Baane untundhi kaani oil  ekkuvaga vestaadu. (ante regular kanna ekkuvaga vestadu oil)

nenu idly rice use chestha regular dosa ki

we used little oil not very much yes but nenu choosa vaadu oil posthadu I think its ghee

Ghee is fine if it's pure

regular dosa you have to eat 3 to fill you up

this dosa only 1 is enough, also tasty.
