You are be default supporting Hindi. Because hindi does not have to go through these procedures which are never implemented as written. And parilament is not some informal gathering of people where groups can gang up and margnalize others as usual. It is there to protect rights. so when pushpams preach russian chinese german japanese talking in mother tongue why cannot people speak their mother tongue with out notices and why cannot there be translators who translate hindi or english to respective language

even in 2022 why should notices be given to talk in mother tongue?
