Chances unnai kabatti documents ready pettuko..information about 693 doctor who charges least in your area..usually minimum 200$ per person if not complicated..NABC templates and birth afaidavites  and few passport size pictures at Walmart  etc MMR and Teantus free ga eyichu and keep records..also flushot eppudu teeskoni batch ite adi kooda eyinchu at walgreens or cvs with ur insurnace ...ivanni okesari 485 dates ragane overwhelming and time taking so slowly start prepping for all these tasks..

Is there any validity time period for these vaccines? What proof we need to submit for below vaccines alone with 485 application ?

1) MMR and Teantus vaccine 

2) Flu shot

I693 physician will look for these in the last 10yrs ..if you have any of these records they will take consideration 

 

Flue or mmr or teatnus shots records given by cvs or wlamart should be good enough ..to submit as proof for 693 form submission but anyway ge will ask for blood work for additional vaccination or immunization or chest xray

Last month valla ki work em ledu and they made quick decisions  and holidays em levu last month, e july lo Independance day unde so mostly delay ayithadi
