Do it only if both are matching contributions. If not,  better go with the one that is contributing for 20.5k

If no one matches , just go with whoever has funds with better options and less fees.

HR will not know bro...even if they know, it doesn't matter unless our TS bro has signed something not to work for their competitors...my company had that policy but luckily both the industries were different and I managed for 10 months...no one ever knew it though..
