6 months back when I posted that bay area is up for a 10 to 15% correction, the same guys in this thread laughed.. If there is a bad recession there is a chance for a 25% correction also..

Currently in fremont mission.. i am looking for home in dublin/san ramon.  No idea about rentals there. Schools are good. Lot of parks for kids
