EIPL group has a good name, they have good villa projects and apartments built in and around Kokapet and Narsingi from what I know..

EIPL has reputation on not completing projects on time. In last few years , EIPL had split up into many companies and majority of them are still using same EIPL name.. please check if it really EIPL group or split partner's company. 3100 is way low price, as per me  landlord is selling at loss. if this offer is still genuine , u can buy and wait for 7-8 years for apartment handover.

Did any one booked in this project. This project got Aviation clearance and Environment clearance. Seems they will get HMDA approval by October.
