Yes first down trend which takes 3-5 years. Appudu uptrend another 5-10 years to reach current levels. Builders will keep building for cheap, remote working will increase which will send people to remote places not crowded expensive places. Public confidence and mindset will change towards housing is not investment but a expense. May be new investment will come something like nft…
