2024 varaku interest rates taggutayi anukunte porapaate...whole of 2022, we will still see hikes.

but 2023 mid towards end should be the right time to buy...oka 1 year interest ekkuva kaduthavemo kani 2024-25 time kalla refi...considering home prices coming down and drop  in demand, 2023 mid nundi hunt start chey kaka..
