Depends on what you want. DM me if you have any specific questions. Well the best and worst part are you are in the middle of nowhere. It is not as scenic as the East/North, it is not as cold as Chicago, It is not as hot as Arizona, It is not as spoiled as Dallas. You can still find homes in the 300/400K range. You have good schools where people don't form groups based on their caste or where they are from in India.

Crime rate has gone up. Rents have increased. But, you will find people from all across the world in abundance. It is a true melting pot.
