I know a ton of PM’s who don’t have an MBA… just agile certs or pmp is good enough…

I got into the job first and then did some certs… PSM, PSPO, SAFe RTE, SAFe Advanced scrum master… blah blah blah

Do you really want to go to management side? Most of the Managers age very fast with all the pressure they need to go through.

Honestly, PM jobs are lot of stress/pressure… you are at the mercy of other people.. you have to run after people and get things done… deliver chesthe Dev team ki credit veltundi.. cheyyakapote mana tala ki chuttukuntundi.. 

Dev job chala Sukham… Evo 2-3 meetings untayi daily.. tarvata work eppudunna cheskovachhu… have more flexibility..
