What happens to H1b status if I-485 gets rejected. Note - Not using the EAD and being on H1b until I-485 is approved.

 

Can we apply for perm labor again being on H1b status if in case I-485 gets rejected ?

Oh my spartan. Your H1 after 6 years is depend on 485. You will file each extension after 6 years saying that you can’t file 485 because the dates are not current. Once your dates are current and your 485 is rejected then on what basis your H1 is valid?
