It’s not a passport neither it is not a document to establish citizenship…

Go for OCI anytime. E-visa tho you can only stay for 6 months and then you have to either extend/cross the country and comeback. OCI tho unlimited stay cheyyochu

E-visa 1 day lo vastadi. Easy process. 

Oci is longer process.but okasari vaste 20 vache varaku vadachu.
