Questions emi adigindi Bayya and how did you responded. She is in panic mode and I’m trying my best get all details and bring confidence back. Also did you went to the same consulate office or different one ?

Adi just luck and vaadi mood. Many people tried 4 to 10 times as well. Success ayyina vallu ratio kuda ekkuva undi. Ask her go until she gets it. What I am hearing is go to a different consulate. Delhi better antunnaru. And, it seems now, the slots for candidates with a refusal are separate from those of the first time visa interview batch. Get that verified. Get your cousin to attend these mock F1 interviews. USVisagrad has started one such program. One of my teammate at work took their services. Seems it helped him. He had 5 rejections in the past. He did not get it even this time. But, his feedback about the service was good. So, try that and let her ask the person if she has potential cause to reapply and what steps should she take to counter the 214b

Ask her to book slot for delhi consulate and also you didn't mentioned about her university some universities have high chances of rejection basically fall has better chances than spring intake previous spring intake appudu they didn't even released enough slots so many had to defer to fall so it's better to lookout for this fall
