Is there any issue in holding an agricultural land in India as an NRI purchased before coming to the USA?

Nope. The rule is you cannot acquire any new land. Anyway, I think this is also removed now with OCI and other benefits but I am not sure. Please confirm.

Main issue is to send money to U.S after selling lands in India for GC holders.

Ikkada land ammi dhaniki tax katti, malli ah amount ki U.S lo tax katti, double taxation ki qualify ayithe re-imbuse pettukuni, pedda penta.

Ippudu through company profits ga kuda block chestundi anta banks?

Any solution?

If you have agricultural land on your name already … even you are GC holder or vomerican citizen no issue

If you are a NRI or  OCI holder you cannot buy any new agricultural lands. If you are a NRI (even on H1B) and want to buy agricultural land you need to get approval from RBI

Even if you are Indian Citizen, NRI cannot buy new agricultural land on your name.

False info. That’s only true for NRI non-citizen of India.

How about u inherit agri lands after u become  shitizen/gc?

No issue for inheritance as long as the person you’re inheriting it from is an Indian citizen.

You can transfer 1 million to US per year. Search for “1 Million Dollar Scheme”
